Course Overview

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - Upgrade is aimed at updating the skills and levels of competence of experienced trainers who require some theoretical components as well as the completion of the portfolio builder.

The previous BSZ40198 Cert 4 comprised 8 units of competence, whereas the new TAA is made up of 12 core and 2 elective units. The upgrade program bridges this gap by including the skills and knowledge required in these additional units.

Trainers, facilitators, learning and development managers and specialists who currently hold a Certificate 4, BSZ40198
