Course Details

If you like to choose quality over price, is for you.

Ever wondered why you get along perfectly well with some people and not with others? Is it you? Is it them? It's often impossible to avoid the people or situations that either confuse or stress us. If stress is sustained, the likely end state is burnout or worse. Emotional competence is a learned capability based on emotional intelligence that results in outstanding performance at work. People with this competence understand self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. They understand other people and they make decisions based on other peoples' requirements.

Emotionally intelligent people are confident, consistent and relaxed. This course includes an introduction to Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Myers-Briggs Psychological Types. This course offers an introduction to popular emotional intelligence themes and topics.
