This blended learning Citrix course outlines the phases of the Citrix solution methodology, a multi-phase framework by which a successful MetaFrame Access Suite implementation can be conducted. Intended for experienced solutions architects, system integrators and IT professionals familiar with Citrix technologies, each project phase is presented with related milestones and deliverables. In addition, this course provides learners with the purpose and benefits of using this proven methodology and how to conduct a needs analysis and create a scope definition document.
Students will learn how to define the Citrix solution methodology and explain the framework for project implementation, identify the purpose of and define the activities conducted during each phase of the Citrix solution methodology, outline the objectives of project management, the purpose of project sponsors and how to define project roles and explain methods to manage project change, and task management components.

Experience or knowledge in Systems or network administration in Microsoft Windows 2000 environments, administration of Citrix MetaFrame XP Presentation Server, Enterprise Edition and a passing score on Citrix exam 220, 221 or 222 is recommended.
