Course Overview

A short course for supervisors, team leaders and frontline managers

Through expert facilitation by experienced professionals you will learn more about your team members and the role you can play to improve trust and confidence. We will explore the development and maintenance of networks and relationships and how to manage difficulties like conflict and poor behaviour. Most importantly you will learn how to work differently. This course will teach you practical skills and tips that can be implemented back at work immediately.

In many organisations there is a drive for living the values. Effectively coaching others and giving clear, supportive feedback will assist this process. Often, one person can help another to learn, develop their skills and improve their performance. Smart supervisors know how to use feedback to make sure productive behaviour continues and to change unproductive behaviour. Successful leaders know how to coach people in a positive way so that the employee feels supported, valued and encouraged.
