The handout demonstrates that leadership derives from three primary sections (individual temperament, patterns of learned behaviour and the culture of circumstances). It also asserts that Situational Leadership^® stands alone as a theory by taking a 'slice' of all three categories of the best leadership thinking, suggesting that a leader 'flexes' or adjusts their approach according to what they find and drawing on all three 'layers' as necessary.

Presented in full colour on two sides, this A4 200gsm cardboard handout is great for highlighting the theoretical basis that Situational Leadership^® is derived from.
