Course Overview

This course combines soft skills with project management. It integrates a range of people skills into the project management environment including: planning and life cycles; negotiation; goals and project charters; leadership and project managers; teamwork and project teams.  This course is largely a practical one. Participants will spend the day in a project management environment gaining invaluable knowledge and hands on experience. Participants will experience the full spectrum of project management – from inception to maturity and transfer of custody.  This course additionally covers essential, yet often overlooked workplace factors and constraints, which impact on the process and quality.
