| Pre-requisites | Must hold current logbook showing 30hrs of training completed |

| If a candidate has had prior training on forklift equipment and holds a logbook with 30 hours of training completed, they may apply to have an assessment only. If a candidate has failed their written or theory component of any earth moving examination they must wait 21 days before reapplying for a reassessment. |
