"What is a Mixologist"

A Mixologist is a bartender who prcatices the art of making ( mixing ) exceptional cocktails and alcoholic drinks. They are not just "mixed" but are subject to the other methods of drink creation including : pouring, layering, blending, shaking, stirring and muddling ( to mention a few ).

A Mixologist will create new drinks - ( their "signature" cocktail or drink is their monicker ) and explore the extend to which the boudaries to which drinks can be made to look and taste.
