Course Overview

To have the  Food Safety Supervisor qualification you need both Level 1 and Level 2 Food Safety Training qualifications.

Food Safety Level 2 consists of competency in ONE of the following:

Implement Food Safety Procedures - Hospitality (THHBCC11B)
OR
Apply and monitor food safety requirements - Health (HLTFS310B)

You are advised to check with your council Environmental Health Officer to decide which course you should select.
