Course Outline

The Advanced Diploma represents a qualification involving technical, creative, conceptual or managerial applications built around competencies of either a broad or specialised base and related to a broader organisational focus. The qualification will help the graduate to intimately understand and have the knowledge and skills to work in the following areas of a hotel, resort, restaurant, etc.:
